Rapid Setting Fast Track Screed
Due to the ever increasing demand to keep programme moving after floor goes in Egan Screeding can install a fast track rapid and quick drying floor screed. It is a special hydraulic binder which when mixed with graded aggregates will produce an early drying high strength floorscreed ready to recieve floor finishes between 24 hours and 4 days. Ceramic tiles can be laid after 24hrs while wood or vinyl after 4 days. Floating screeds from 55 mil and bonded from 10 mil.It is ideal for underfloor heating which can be commissioned after 4 days.
